专利说明:
Device for pigs to unlearn tail bites. The invention relates to a device for peeling off tail bites according to the preamble of claim 1, wherein in particular in stables a protection of the tail of pigs against biting is provided by their peers. DE 12 23 189 already discloses a device for protecting the pigs' tail from biting their counterparts. This device consists of a mechanical protection element which is applied to the animal at the end of the tail and which partially comprises it. Due to the deterrent design of this durable bite protection, the pigs are prevented from eating the tail of their counterparts. To that end, the device is designed in the form of a clamp, which is provided with outwardly protruding deflecting teeth, so that another pig experiences a pain during a biting and leaves the tail protected with the clamp undisturbed. There is also the danger of pigs being injured in the pig nose area. In a device for avoiding tail biting in pig houses according to DE 27 40 029 C2, a pig chew band consisting of organic material is provided as a lure part which is suspended in the area of a pigsty at a place easily accessible to the pig. As a result, the natural chewing urge of the pigs will be satisfied in such a way that a further need for tail biting is avoided. In DE 201 18 268 U1 a device is provided for playing and weakening pent-up aggression in the pigs, wherein an element consisting in particular of wood is provided as a lure part and it is each provided with dipped points susceptible to the animal snout. A multiplicity of devices for raising animals is also known, in which an unpleasant stimulation for the animal - in particular in the form of an animal deterrent signal - is applied. DE 10 2009 026 862 A1 provides for an apparatus with an electric humidity detector, whereby, to prevent urination at an undesired location, an animal-deterring signal in the form of a light flash, a vibration, a warning or attack group or the like is provided. can be issued. With a solution according to US 4,153,009 a device is proposed in the form of a bandage which can give off a slight electroshock when touched. According to US 4,997,127 a guiding device provided with an electrical contact is provided, with which the pigs can be guided in a certain direction with a suitable contact. A corresponding learning function is achieved with a solution according to US 6,519,131 B1 in that a special guide mat is provided in the vicinity of a live fence. For the special application in horses, solutions according to US 6,453,849 B1, US 7,219,627 B1, WO 2005/104885 A1, US 7,677,204 B1 and WO 2010/088361 A1 are provided, each with electroshocks also in the vicinity of bandages or such assemblies applied to animals can be dispensed. The invention has for its object to provide a device for pig-tailing tail biting which, with the use of a deterrent signal with little technical effort, resolves the urge of pigs to tail biting. The device, which can be constructed differently in terms of construction, will become available as a cost-effective accessory for the pig farmer. The invention achieves this object with a device as claimed in claim 1. Further embodiments are apparent from claims 2 to 16. The device for peeling off tail biting assumes that the pigs kept in the stable can be prevented with a lure part from biting off the tail of a similar species. Starting from this principle of a "derivation" using a curiosity of the animal, the concept according to the invention is aimed at combining a bait part which at least partially imitates a pig's tail with a deterrent signal device. Upon contact of this lure part by, in particular, at least one pig's snout, activation of a deterrent signal - adapted to the relevant situation of use of the device - follows. The concept according to the invention provides that further arbitrary constructions of devices can be used starting from the specific combination of lure part deterring signal, wherein in addition to a light flash, vibrations, high-frequency sound signals and / or animal warning groups, the delivery of an electroshock can also be provided. The first tests with the prototype have shown that the device as a whole can be used effectively, in particular, when an electroshock is transmitted to the "biting pig" by touching the lure part by means of the deterring signal device. The device can herein be designed such that a plurality of lure parts cooperating with the at least one deterring signal device are provided. The advantageous embodiment of the device provides that the lure part and the deterrent device are designed as a compact assembly, such that with a small installation space an optimum placement in the area of the storage is possible. In an efficient embodiment, the bait part is connected to an electrically activatable signal device, such that different corresponding sensory elements can be provided in the area of the bait part. The constructional design of the device provides that the one lure part or a plurality of lure parts are connected to any carrying body that can be carried out. This carrier body is connected to the bait parts in such a way that the electric deterrent signal device can also be integrated into the system containing the bait part. A compact unit of use is hereby obtained which is stable and can be used for a long time even with aggressive animal use. This compact building assembly or at least the lure part of the deterring signal device can then be positioned within a shed such that in particular a mounting height relative to the ground that can only be reached for the pig's snout can be applied. In addition, accidental touches and unintended signal delivery by other body parts can be avoided to a large extent. A holder of the decoy assembly for efficient "raising" of the pigs is obtained in that the at least some decoy part in its position of use is provided with a tail-like mobility and is held accordingly. Preferably, it is provided that the assembly composed of bait part and deterring signal device is movably mounted in its entirety on a holder. Appropriate swinging and / or hinging movements can be included. After a first learning phase, the "rocking" system will be avoided by the pig. This concept of the tail-like lure part provides that it is at least partially provided with an electrically conductive contact zone. The bait part can be built up directly from a metallic structure, a rod or similar conductive material. It is also provided that a non-conductive cover zone - for example in the form of a fender - is also provided in the area of the lure part. This ensures that frontal contact of the lure part by other body parts of the pig does not lead to a direct signal delivery. It is further provided that the pig's snout must grasp the lure part in the longitudinal direction. The electrical contact zone is then touched and the shock signal to deter biting is emitted. In an advantageous application of known technique in the field of keeping animals, it is provided that the switching signal device is designed in the manner of a fencing wire and that it is connected to a suitable energy source. The energy source can optionally be supplied with mains voltage, accumulators, primary batteries and / or solar cells. It is likewise conceivable that the deterrent signal device is provided with a remote control to be operated by the animal keeper and can therefore be directed in a targeted manner by the deterrent signal device. In addition, it is provided that the quench signal device is provided with a control assembly indicating its function. Further embodiments and advantages according to the invention are apparent from the following description and the drawing, which shows several exemplary embodiments according to the invention. In the drawing: FIG. 1 shows a basic image of a pig housing shed, which is provided with a deterrent signaling device according to the invention in the area of the closing gate, FIG. 2 is an enlarged detail image, in particular of a deterrent signal device for transmitting an electroshock to the pig, with lure parts provided on a support part, FIG. 3 shows an image in accordance with FIG. 2 with only one lure part provided in the area of the supporting body, FIG. 4 shows an image in accordance with FIG. 3 with two bait parts and a deterrent signal device integrated in the support part, FIG. 5 shows an image in accordance with FIG. 2 with bait part hingedly movable to the support part, FIG. 6 a system with deterring signal unit, which is kept slidable in the area of the closing mechanism of the shed, and FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of the building unit according to FIG. 4 with two locks each with a protective cap. Figure 1 shows in cross-section a stable for keeping pigs 2, indicated in its entirety by 1, wherein a closing gate designated in its entirety by 3 limits the movement space of the pigs 2. In such stalls 1, locks K (corresponding to: DE 27 40 029 C2) are already used to unlearn the pigs from tail biting. The concept improved according to the invention provides that a lure part K simulating at least in part a pig's tail is combined with at least one quench signal device 4 in a functional assembly. This is essentially only activated by the action of at least one pig's snout if it engages the system with a movement and bite course corresponding to the devouring of the tail of peers. In principle, the use of any quench signal 4 is conceivable, but the use of a device that can be electrically activated with the lure part K has proven to be efficient. When the lure part K is touched with the pig's snout, an electroshock that is particularly transferable to pig 2 and transmitted to pig 2 is emitted by means of the quench signal device, such that an intensive deterrent situation is coupled to a lure part K which is largely similar to the natural situation. From the basic arrangement in FIG. 2 it becomes clear that the lure part K and the deterrent signal device 4 delivering a controlled electric shock is provided in its entirety as a compact assembly B in the area of the shed 1. The relevant lure part K, K 'can advantageously be positioned in a horizontal position (Fig. 2, line M) in accordance with the docked or uncoupled tail of the animal 2. This assembly B is designed such that the at least some lure part K is provided on a support body 5, which in turn comprises a related holder 6. It is also conceivable that a plurality of lure parts K, K 'cooperating with the quench signal device 4 (Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 5) are provided. The holder 6 can be designed in the form of a carrying rod, a chain or the like connecting part. The connecting part in the area of the holder 6 is in particular designed in such a way that a movability of the assembly B is obtained (Fig. 2) and this "wagging" suspension largely corresponds to the natural situation. An advantageous compact embodiment of the assembly B is aimed in particular at the fact that the electric deterrent signal unit 4 can be integrated into the carrier body 5 which holds the lure part K, K '(Fig. 3, Fig. 4). The system can herein be provided with an outer shielding part T from different raw materials W (Fig. 4), for example from an elastic plastic or similar connecting material. A particularly liquid-tight system is thereby obtained. From the basic arrangement according to FIG. 1 it becomes clear that at least the lure part K, K 'of the assembly B is positioned within a stall height (arrow H) that is accessible for the pig's snout within the shed 1. The at least some lure part K is then held in the position of use (Fig. 2) such that a pivotal movement (arrow C, Fig. 2), in particular a pivotal movement (arrow D, Fig. 2) is possible. By means of this movable suspension of the system, on the one hand a "baiting movement" can be obtained, on the other hand animals already deterred by the electro-pulse from being eaten away again by the "baiting tail", in particular the tail of peers. In FIG. 6 a further embodiment of this mobility is shown in the system, wherein the assembly B composed of bait parts K, K 'and quench signal device 4 is held in such a way that a location change in the direction of arrow E is possible. Advantageously, the assembly B can be moved along the closing gate 3 between different stops 7, 8 (distance F). From the illustration according to FIG. 7 it becomes clear that the lure part K, K 'is at least partially provided with an electrically conductive contact zone 9. This is arranged in particular in such a way that accessibility for the pig's snout is only achieved in a bite position. The lure part K, K 'consisting essentially of conductive material (Figs. 1 to Fig. 7) herein comprises - in a "two-part" version - the conductive contact zone 9 and a non-conductive cover zone 10. This cover zone 10 can be provided here of a cap 10 'which is designed in such a way that a protective effect against accidental contact of the contact zone 9 is achieved and at the same time injury to the animals is avoided. The embodiments of the system according to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show an advantageous integration of the quench signal device 4 in the carrier body 5 of the assembly B, this according to FIG. 3 is provided with a bait part K in "hanging mounting position" on closing gate 3. In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the assembly B is pushed onto the closing gate 3, wherein it pierces the carrying body 5 in the area of a passage 12. A corresponding embodiment is shown in FIG. 6. It is also conceivable in this case to fix the supporting body 5 to the closing gate 3 by means of a click connection (not shown). In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the holder 6 can be made substantially "rigid and the two locks K, K 'shown here can be pivotally and in particular pivotally suspended in respective arrow directions G, G'. Thus, at least in part, a tail-like mobility is provided in the system. . For the practical realization of the quench signal device 4, an embodiment in the manner of an impulse device for electric wire - with corresponding energy source 11 - is advantageously provided. Corresponding embodiments with mains voltage, accumulators, main batteries and / or solar cells are conceivable as energy source 11. It is further provided that the quench signal device 4 may be provided with a remote control (not shown), so that if desired an external control of the system - for example the strength of the pulse and / or the number of the electroshocks - is possible. The connection 11 'of the pulse-producing energy source 11 can be guided in different ways towards the lure part K. In addition to an "open" guide over e3 stable floor and part of closing gate 3, a guide is also provided in the area of the feed tube, in particular made of plastic (not shown). It is also provided that the quench signal device 4 is provided with a control assembly for displaying its functioning or signaling a defect.
